Workshop: Critical thinking for teams

Better decisions in complex situations

When people are moving too fast, making assumptions, or working through complexity without enough reflection, this experience helps teams slow down and think better. The outcome is better questions, stronger judgment, and decisions that hold up under pressure.
 

Participants build stronger critical thinking habits by analyzing issues from multiple angles and challenging assumptions in day-to-day work.

Workshop: Creative Problem Solving

Fresh thinking for stuck problems

When the usual answers are not cutting it, this experience helps teams break out of stale thinking and generate better options. It is especially useful when people feel boxed in by limited resources, old habits, or “this is how we've always done it.”


Facilitators draw on Creative Problem Solving Institute methods to help teams define issues more clearly, generate stronger ideas, and move promising options into action.

Workshop: Purpose Aligned Teams

Get your team pulling in the same direction

When teams are busy, siloed, or working from different assumptions, this experience helps people reconnect to shared purpose, clarify what matters most, and work together with more trust and less friction.

Depending on the focus, we may incorporate FourSight, LEGO Serious Play, and other reflective activities to surface perspectives, strengthen alignment, and create meaningful team dialogue.

Workshop: Strengths-Based Work Place

Turn individual strengths into a stronger team

When a team is frustrated, disconnected, or falling into unhelpful patterns with each other, this experience helps people see what each person brings to the team and use that understanding to work better together. The result is less friction, more trust, and a team culture people want to be part of.

Using VIA Character Strengths, participants deepen self-awareness, recognize strengths in others, and apply a shared strengths-based lens to communication, collaboration, and everyday work.

Change the team can get behind

When teams that know change is necessary but feel stuck, skeptical, or overwhelmed by it, this experience helps turn change from something being done to people into something being done by them. It builds buy-in, surfaces resistance early, and creates more momentum for real-world change.

Using co-design and co-creation approaches, we create space for people to surface concerns, contribute ideas, and help shape the path forward together.
